Let me show you how I create such simple sticker

Step 1: create to two yellow rectangles and have them well overlapped. Then click on the eraser tool
on the left paint tool bar

Step 2: check the soft eraser box and set the eraser size to 15x15 and eraser the top left corner of one rectangle layer and bottom right of another rectangle layer. Then check both layer and click on the second option of merge menu on the layer manager toolbar, this will give you a basic sticker layer.

Step 3: fill a roundrectangle layer and shuffle it behind the sticker layer. This new layer is used to generate the shading effect.

Then change the property property of that layer. Next, tricky process is to clone the sticker layer and "merge remove the middle two layers (one sticker layer, one shading layer). Apply the blur filter to the new merged layer.

Ok, you will have your own sticker now
