Looks pretty rusted ?

You can do it with following steps:

step1: use yellow color and curve tool to draw following base shape layer

step2: use the make up tool on left paint toolbar and chose the brown color. touch up the base shape layer to create following effect.

Step 3: to give it a rather rusted effect you can use an included photoshop filter plugin " 2mankenai(tm)-->MezzoForce-Ice", which will give you the cool effect:
